
Pimenton de la Vera dulce, as it is known in Spanish, is the sweet variety of red ripened peppers that are smoked over oak fires and deseeded and stone ground in Spain’s de la Vera region. Add a little smoky flavor to any dish. It’s especially good on potatoes, eggs, or in soups.
