      Golden Milk

      $13.75

Fans of frothy golden turmeric lattés will love our Golden Milk blend. If you haven't tried Golden Milk, you're in for a treat. The earthy notes of turmeric pair with warming spices and your favorite milk to create an aromatic, creamy beverage with the added plus of potential health benefits.

This blend is also delicious sprinkled into oatmeal, smoothies and baked goods.

To make a quick Golden Milk, heat 1 cup of your milk of choice (cow's, coconut, almond, soy, etc.). Whisk in 1-2 teaspoons of Golden Milk blend, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of honey or other sweetener to taste.

You can also make a batch of Golden Milk paste that keeps nicely in the fridge. Whenever you want a cup you can whisk a spoonful of it into hot milk.

Hand-mixed from: Turmeric, ginger, Saigon cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper.

Oaktown Spice Shop has been in the Adams Point neighborhood for nine years. They focus on sourcing the absolute best-tasting version of each individual spice, then grind the spices themselves, in their shop. This means the ground spices customers find at Oaktown are bursting with flavor and are far fresher than those found elsewhere.

You can visit their own site here or find more of their spices on Keep Oakland Alive.
