Golden High Flow Acrylics, 4 oz

      $13.15
      Color: Carbon Black

This specially formulated acrylic paint has a thin, ink-like consistency that lends itself to a variety of techniques. High Flow Acrylics work beautifully on almost any surface, including paper, canvas (raw or primed), board, wood and fabric. They work great for staining and watercolor washes. Golden High Flow Acrylics allow you to go from fine line detail to broad strokes with ease and are suitable for many different applications including calligraphy, mixed media, airbrush, refillable markers, technical pens, and brushes.

Replacing Golden Airbrush colors, High Flow Acrylics offer the same high performance through an air brush but can also be used with a range of other tools and applicators. They are particularly popular for use in refillable paint markers.  You can convert your 1oz and 4oz High Flow Fluid Acrylic bottles into fat markers with screw on High Flow Nibs. Great for creating art without the use of hazardous solvents, High Flow is low odor and cleans up with water.

Designed for artists who want to achieve fine line detail, standing effects and level colors, High Flow paint has great intensity and versatility. This highly pigmented line provides fun specialty colors and is compatible with other Golden colors and mediums.

12 colors available in 4 oz. bottles. Additional colors available in 1 oz bottles. Iridescent and Fluorescent High Flow Acrylics also available in 1 oz bottles.

FLAX art & design is a genuine Oakland institution. Opening their first store in 1938, they’re now on their 3rd generation of family ownership and have recently relocated to a beautiful new Downtown location that could best be described as a “toy store for artists.” 80 years in and they’re still putting art and community front and center. You can visit them at their own site here, or find more of their products right here on Keep Oakland Alive.
