Speedball Scoop Coaters are the emulsion coating tool used for silkscreen printing, Extruded from T6 aluminum, Speedball Scoop Coaters feature glued, injection-molded end caps, and a full snap-on dust shield to prevent particulates from mixing in with emulsion. With a solid holding depth, they are built to accommodate lengthy coating sessions, and their flat bases allows for easy storage between coating sessions. With dual edges, these coaters are designed for use with all silkscreen mesh counts (sharp edge for higher mesh counts, and rounded edge lower mesh counts).

Opening their first store in 1938, they're now on their 3rd generation of family ownership and have recently relocated to a beautiful new Downtown location that could best be described as a "toy store for artists." 80 years in and they're still putting art and community front and center.
