Those who love to cook know that using (or not using) quality ingredients can make or break a dish. Such was the case for Aderaw Yeshiwas and Fetlework Tefferi, owners of the ever-popular Ethiopian restaurant Café Colucci. Unsatisfied with the quality of spices they could procure from Africa, they set out to create a sustainable spice business with traditional ingredients directly from the source. All of Brundo Spice Company's products are grown in Modjo, Ethiopia or come from nearby local farms, for aromatic spice blends that pack a delicious punch.
